CVDesigner Outreach Hub is an internal application used by the CVDesigner team to manage candidate outreach: importing candidate contact records, coordinating outreach emails through connected Gmail accounts, and tracking responses — all with human oversight at every stage.
What the application does
CVDesigner Outreach Hub is built and operated by CVDesigner to help our recruitment team run candidate outreach in an organised, auditable way.
Contact management
Candidate records — such as name, email address, professional designation, employer, experience, and location — are imported from CVDesigner's Career Board sourcing database into a private contact list used for outreach.
Connected sender accounts
Authorized CVDesigner team members connect the Gmail accounts they own and control, using Google Sign-In, so that outreach emails are sent from real, identifiable company mailboxes rather than an anonymous system address.
Reply and bounce detection
When a candidate replies to an outreach email, the application detects this and automatically pauses further follow-up messages to that person. Full message content is read live from Gmail and is not copied into the application's database.
Assisted drafting
Outreach message drafts can be generated with the help of an AI writing model, reviewed by our team before any message is queued for sending.
Who uses this application
- Authorized CVDesigner staff — team members who connect their own Gmail accounts to send and monitor outreach campaigns through the dashboard.
- Outreach recipients — candidates whose publicly available professional contact details are held in our sourcing database and who may receive outreach emails, with an option to stop receiving further messages at any time.
