Terms of Service

Applies to: CVDesigner Outreach Hub (the "Application"), operated by CVDesigner ("we", "us", "our").

These Terms govern access to and use of CVDesigner Outreach Hub by Authorized Users. By signing in and connecting a Gmail account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use this Application

The Application is an internal tool intended for use by authorized CVDesigner team members carrying out recruitment outreach on behalf of CVDesigner. It is not intended for use by the general public and is not currently open for public sign-up.

2. Connecting a Gmail account

You may only connect a Gmail mailbox that you personally own and are authorized to send email from. You agree not to use the Application's sender-account features to bypass Gmail's sending limits, evade Gmail's spam or provider restrictions, or contact recipients who have unsubscribed or been suppressed.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use the Application only for legitimate recruitment outreach connected to CVDesigner's business.
• Review AI-assisted drafts before they are sent, and do not send content that is false, misleading, or unrelated to recruitment outreach.
• Respect recipients who reply asking not to be contacted, and ensure such requests are honoured.
• Keep your Google account credentials secure; the Application relies on Google's sign-in flow and never asks for your password directly.

4. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of information, including data accessed through your connected Gmail account, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. AI-assisted content

Where the Application uses an AI model to help draft outreach messages, such drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any message before it is sent from your connected account.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application, or disconnect a connected Gmail account, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

7. No warranty

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond its stated function.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVDesigner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Application.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Application evolves. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
